Mr. Portner is licensed in six states, Florida, New Jersey Pennsylvania, Colorado, South Carolina and Georgia. Henry has practiced in a variety of areas, including Real Estate Law and Commercial Litigation. Mr. Portner speaks on various issues such as negotiating liens and judgments on properties and has also been a guest lecturer and speaker at bar associations and served as a Junt Professor at Temple University. He has helped people just like you to successfully deal with tough legal matters. He has gained a reputation for working hard to help the underdog and those who have suffered a temporary or permanent hardship and who are at the mercy of circumstance and the economy.
Henry is very active in the local community and many charitable organizations, Chamber of Commerce, six Bar Association and Rotary. Henry received his undergraduate degree, law degree and Masters from Temple University in Philadelphia. He is admitted to U.S. District Court, U.S. Court of Appeals, U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. Supreme Court. He has been a member of Florida bar for 19 years, and has affiliated attorney and co-council thought out the United State.
